This Obama administration didn't want to confront AIPAC (which sucked to begin with) so they created their own JStreet anti Israel lobby in jewish clothing to make believe they were in line with Jewish interests. ASSIMILATION? REFORM?
Here we go. A danger not to a country, but to a religions future.
Eli Yishai, Shas interior minister got booed recently for stating that "the Reform Jews in the United States were 'disappearing' through assimilation".
I fail see why that statement deserved booing. I fail to see what was wrong with that statement. The Reform movement admits it. So do the numbers. What lies behind the booing? Was it not politically correct? Does everything have to be pallatable to everyone?
I don't want to jab here, but accountability is not something to shy away from. This past year instead of probing an important issue, the media deified HIM (Obama). The tactic did not lead to progress, but kept important issues under a table until they were revealed and the problem exacerbated. The same is true of Reform assimilation.

The Reform religion considers a child of a Jewish Father and Gentile mother Jewish. That is the antithesis of Halacha, and is unfortunately creating a generation of confused souls. This was an easy way to solve an assimilation problem for the movement, but does not make the child Jewish.
Jews never move the target in order to catch the arrow.
Just dig a little bit the surface of our Holy Talmud, and see and be PROUD of how our brilliant sages probed every issue, in order to uncover the truth. Not to stymie progress, but to move ahead.

And no one should be insulted, embarrassed, or be politically correct in the face of a movement ALLOWING INNOCENT Jewish men to think that it is ok to marry out of the faith, and is reponsible for possibly an exponential amount of generations lost! What have they done?
Can you blame Eli for caring about the future of American Jewry? Honestly. We arent here forever and we will have to answer for what we did for our people.

The responsibility that lies on the shoulders of the movement is very hefty, and there is a lot that needs to be answered.

I'm happy that Jews are interested in Israel, and Im happy that we all have a common root and an interest in a Holy land which is bringing Jews back in countless numbers. I know many people who have ventured to Israel for a visit, and have reconnected with whats real, not with what has been made up.
Creating non Jews and loving Israel doesnt work for our future as a nation. Creating Jews and Loving Israel does. Priorities.

Obama's underhanded Holocaust

This title is harsh. But it's not as harsh as the obvious impact of
what the President knows he can have. I'm not concerned about Gd
making sure Jews are taken care of with enough land. Everyone knows
that the land of Israel is like a the hide of a deer and it stretches
to accommodate the Jewish population.
I'm concerned about the mindset of either a very smart or very stupid
President. Naivete is one thing, but to deliberately not allow a small
country to populate through a "stop settlement" device with the
backing of "peace" is brilliantly dangerous. What exactly does he
think will happen to Jewish people who are giving birth? Where are
they going? Will they concentrate within a block radius and just build
upwards?
The world fails to answer the question as the rest of the President's
decisions also go unanswered. Where is the birth certificate? Where is
the stimulus money coming from? It seems again that we are headed to
an abyss from a President that cares more about his current likability
than the future of a planet which he wont be around to see that he
screwed up. Its all in the NOW.

Hitler killed us with guns and gas, Pharaoh just tried to rid us of
males, Obama backed by the EU is subtly practicing Jewish birth
control under the guise of peace for human kind - yes - of it means a
world without Jews.

world and the media and their own. And all our efforts from the past
are forgotten.
Barak, Ehud, Sharon, every single one of their stupid gestures has
amounted to absolutely zero. The only difference here is that our
Administration is trying to involve all arab nations and not just the
PA. I really hope it works because so much of the world's energy is
being put into this. The world is united against Israel to the extent
that they want International overseers to ensure the settlements will
be halted. The effort that is being put into this while ignoring real
problems of the world is criminal. Its criminal because resources are
being taken away from Hamas, Darfur, from the UAE, from Iran which
just killed 25 of its own - oh Im sorry, there was some effort put
into the Honduras...our President wants to reinstate the corrupt
socialist puppet of Chavez.

Joe's has resisted the call to change its policies, and so the
boycott-divestment-sanctions (BDS) guys have called for a "de-shelving" of
Trader Joe's from Israeli products this Saturday, June 20. This creates an
opportunity for friends of Israel to express their support while also
shopping for groceries.

You can help! Here's what Bluetruth suggests:

do three things on June 20 (or, if you are shomer Shabbat, on June 19):

1. Buy a whole bunch of Israeli products (if they are off the shelf, maybe
someone else read this and bought the entire stock-- so go to the store

2. Tell the store manager to keep stocking these products because you really
like them!

3. Also tell the store manager that anti-Israel groups have declared June 20
as a "National Day to De-Shelve Israeli Products" so they can be aware of

The same thing is happening now. Our leaders are waiting for a fire, rather than putting it out before it gets out of control. Baseless strategy; it holds possible embarrassment and backlash at bey, but look where we are now, and watch as more and more is being said by our President and Hillary as we just look on while no one says a word. Can someone shut them? Now? Silence, so far has ended in compliance.

MY Commentary: We cannot impose peace ON HAMAS or IRAN or the PA or HIZBULLAH, but we can impose peace on ISRAEL. Therefore, we will try to get rid of the hardline Bibi government and replace it with a dovish government while we invite the left wing HAMAS government to the table because of their legitimate pursuits to a homeland just like Jews from the Holocaust. Many of you are confused about Hussein Obama's speech. Well, first I would like to thank the 75% of Jews who voted for this man.

The irony is that it's the Republicans and Christian Right who understand the threat to the Jew more than the Jew himself. For some reason they are able to see good and bad, while Jews see Republican and Democrat. For some reason its the Jew that scared to align himself with a man like Kahane, who cared about his fellow Jew, while forgiving Obama for every radical, socialist, and violent person with whom he has been associated.

Our President is seeking enemy friends at the expense of Israel's security. This is not a secret anymore. He is legitmazing all those years of murder by Hamas as a pursuit to a homeland. He has made it clear that all thats demanded from the PA and Hamas is to stop killing Israeli's and in return they will get land - they dont have to concede anything. (ex. Gaza). Because this is the only thing Obama is requiring from the PA, he finds it easier to deal with Hamas than with our "hardline" "hawkish" "rightwing" "conservative" government, who will have to concede land. Our govt was voted by the Israeli people - just like Hamas was voted in by their suicide minded people. Basically, if we dont give them land, they are justified to kill.

I would like to make it clear, the Jewish Establishment has completely let us down. The fact that Jews are scared to say outright that Jerusalem is ours, is a result of years of listening to lies and to not standing up or believing in your own religion. The West thought of political correctness has made Jewish leaders quiet to the extent that the lies on the Arab side are believed to be true.

Just take note that the PA movement has never cared about political correctness, has never practiced it, and has never given in. Because of this, half of Israel is on the table, as is Jerusalem. There is nothing wrong with being Jewish and proud and knowing and standing up for Yerushalayim. Sometimes we can learn from our enemies regard.

Im not very fond of Peres, but there are a few rare moments where I
think he gets it.

Blackmailing Israel
Before moving on to whats occurred this past week, I am extremely
disturbed at our Administration. You should be too - it affects you as
well. Obama has basically implied that Israel's existence in the face
of a nuke will hinge on its peace with the PA. Israel is adamant that
the Iranian issue should be dealt with before focusing on the PA. This
is a problem. Iran is a major supporter of PA terrorism, and more
importantly, the Arab world recognizes the Iranian threat as well, and
are probably banking on Obama stopping Iran. This coupled with the
fact that Obama's peace terms are being dictated by Jordan and Co. who
are unfortunately also dictating their terms to an appeasing president
is discerning. Israel is left out of the equation again, and all her
concessions for peace in the past are forgotten - Israel, give up more
and only THEN there will be peace.

Rabbis have recently stated that the major threat facing the Jewish community, even moreso than Anti-Semitism is Assimilation.

From a spiritual perspective, which is the right way to view things, Assimilation in essence breeds Anti-Semitism and they are closely related, perhaps even cause and effect. We need to take a stand NOW. Please be diligent in educating your family the importance of marrying Jewish.

There are two stories which occurred this past week, with which you may not be familiar, but are painful to watch and read about.

The first is the extremely disturbing murder and torture of a 23 year old French Jew named Ilan Halimi, HY"D (may Gd avenge is blood). In February 2006, Ilan was found naked and handcuffed in South France. He was tortured and burned for 3 weeks while his captors (27!) made crazy demands from his family, only to brutally murder him at the end.
His captors ranged from muslim to Neo Nazis, from French to Portuguese.
The leader of this barbaric gang, 28 year old muslim Youssouf Fofana, smiled in court this week, as France, at the protest of the Halimi family decided to make this a closed court proceeding. Fofana smiled and yelled Allah is great, and started threatening an intimidating the Halimi's in court with the approval of the Judge.
According to Halimi's attorney, the Judge allowed Fofana free reign in court to scare the Halimi's and tell them they were being photographed and went on a tirade, while the Halimi's kept asking that the court shut him up so that the proceedings can continue. After numerous attempts, the Halimis - TODAY - left the court house in protest because of the way the Judge was handling the case.
Unfortunately, true to their reputation, the hijacked French are having a difficult time coming to terms that this was an antisemitic attack!

To make matters worse, they are frustrating the lives of the family which lost their son by torture, through a sham legal system, by questioning symantics and treating this Jewish murder case as if it's a mock trial.

The second story is of Leon Klinghoffer. 1985, Leon, an American Jew who was wheelchair bound, was on board the Italian Cruise ship Achille Lauro. Palestinian Terrorists hijacked the ship and a Muslim named Al-Moqui shot Leon and threw his body in the ocean.
After 24 years in an Italian prison, Al-Moqui has been released this week.

There are other updates including the CA Jewish professor who made his students "think" by sending out an email equating the Holocaust with Zionism, and the usual lies, slowly gaining acceptance through repetition.
And the BMI airlines which didnt have Israel on their inflight map, due to error.

Subject: Week In Review: Your Country, Your People, UN RALLY TODAY

This has been an active week for the Jewish people and a victory for Jewish activism, by students! The Jewish establishment keeps failing us over an over again,with a lack of leadership, and quite frankly an overt interest in being politically correct at the expense of Jewish dignity.

The Jewish Youth is taking the reigns finally and is being vocal about the worlds hypocrisy. The UN was exposed for the circus that it is, with the efficient and smart protests by students, which made news around the world.

There is a protest by the UN this afternoon, called by Zach Novetsky, one of the students who made it to Durban. Please come with your clown costumes. The protest is being held from 12pm-1pm TODAY.

In other news, our well meaning President is appeasing and shaking hands with as many despots, dictators, and communists he can literally get his hands on. I dont know how much longer this can go on, but it is painful to watch our US Leader stoop to levels of people who are constantly mocking his naiveite.

The Jewish Community definitely applauds the decision of all those countries who left whenever Israel was being singled out at Durban, but their decision to attend Durban, though well founded, added credibility and credence to a absolutely fruitless event.

Thanks Aryeh for the follow up email below, This is extremely important news and very telling about our current administration's interest in appeasing. Please see below - this is a disturbing development considering that the Human Rights Council has been focused on everything except Human Rights!

One item that is possibly the most important thing that happened this week related to this topic that I didn't see on your list:

US joined UN Human Rights Council this week, reversing Bush policy. This Council is very much pre-occupied with analyzing Israel "atrocities" despite the analyzers/members being countries like China, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Russia, Saudia Arabia etc. There are different factions in Israel and abroad for and against US joining but right now this Council is like the Darfur talks, bash Israel and no one else. Certainly needs monitoring. Here's what the Jpost said:

The council was established in 2006 as a successor organization to the UN Commission on Human Rights. It was a body founded in 1946 that was widely seen as dysfunctional and discredited by its pre-occupation with Israel and the inclusion of countries like Sudan and Zimbabwe, despite accusations of rampant human rights abuses against their own citizens.

The current council has attracted many of the same criticisms, but is due for a review in 2011 - one factor that drove the US decision to seek membership now, Rice said.

Everyone felt a glimmer of hope last week when the PA West Bank Youth Orchestra played and sang for Holocaust Survivors. Upon learning of this crime, the PA awarded the youth orchestra by dismantling the group and excommunicating the organizer from the West Bank.

In Riverside CA, a Chabad house was found marked with anti-Semitic graffiti and swastikas.

In Norway and in Montreal, increased Anti-Semitism is at an all time high.

Jews in Caracas have felt the brunt of govt sponsored hate, having been subject to over 400 anti-Semitic slurs by govt officials, including hate messages and violent attacks which smell of govt involvement.The govt is challenging Jews to stand against Israel in all media outlets and is clear about where they want their Jews to stand - or else?

Louis Farrakhan is back. His most recent statements made this week in front of 14,000 supporters spoke of how Israelis were "Liars, thieves, and murderers", how Jews control America and the usual dribble. I am still waiting for Jewish leadership to respond. Oh, I am still waiting for Black leadership to respond. Snoop?

In Yemen, the Jewish population - our brothers and sisters - have not received their govt rations for the passed few weeks. Many are finding it difficult to feed their children. We should sympathize, at the very least.
