My analysis of our dire Israel situation, which only seems to be getting worse, is that the Jewish Establishment is waiting to see the results of Obama's speech before getting excited. They are waiting to see the reaction of the Israeli government and how enforceable the dictates of our President will end up being. I know I keep harboring on this point, but our PC leaders' silence has so far done us no good. Settlers removed from Gaza are still in limbo, and our Capital is being negotiated. I remember when our leadership waited to say something back when Israel gave away Gaza, but by then the fire was out of control, and it was impossible to put out.
The same thing is happening now. Our leaders are waiting for a fire, rather than putting it out before it gets out of control. Baseless strategy; it holds possible embarrassment and backlash at bey, but look where we are now, and watch as more and more is being said by our President and Hillary as we just look on while no one says a word. Can someone shut them? Now? Silence, so far has ended in compliance.
